Troop 240, Boy Scouts of America, the oldest youth organization in the Riverdale community, will be holding an open house on Friday, October 2nd from 7 to 9 pm at the Riverdale Presbyterian Church, 4765 Henry Hudson Parkway.
Boys from 10.5 to 18 years old of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome, from all areas of the city and Westchester. Parents are requested to attend, parking is available and refreshments will be served. Come meet the Troop and find out about its programs. Some activities planned for this Scouting year are camping, hiking, swimming, bowling, skiing, fishing, trips and a week at summer camp.
