Bronx School Aide Busted Selling Adderall

A public school aide was busted in Harlem on Wednesday after selling prescription pills to an undercover cop.

Mariel Javier, 24, was hawking the prescription drug Adderall on the website Craigslist, according to the police.

An undercover cop responded to the online ad, and met up with Javier at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 07, 2011 on Lexington Avenue and 101st Street.

There, Javier sold the cop three Adderall pills for $6. Adderall is a prescription drug used to treat attention deficit disorder and depression.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
