Three Bronx men were arrested Monday night for allegedly trying to steal cardboard bundles from the Costco warehouse club on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, CT, police said.

The bundles are worth about $200 each and the three men loaded two of them on board a rented box truck before store employees became suspicious and called police.

Before police arrived, store employees parked a company truck in front of the alleged cardboard bandits and blocked them in until police arrived.

Raphael Cruz, 22, Steven Colon, 45 and Henry Vergara, 37, were each charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and third-degree trespassing and held in lieu of $2,500 bond. They have been given a given a court date of March 1, 2011.
