A 36-year-old Bronx man is accused of punching a borough officer in the face Tuesday night, authorities said.

Erik Sicard is charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice and being a fugitive from justice, Detective Sgt. Michael Colaneri Jr. said. He remains in the Bergen County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Sicard also has warrants out for his arrest in New York City and Stafford Township, Colaneri said. The officer, Sgt. Scott Adamo, was not injured.

Police were called to the Dunkin’ Donuts near Boulevard and Williams Avenue around 8:40 p.m. because a man was cursing and yelling inside, Colaneri said. When authorities approached him crossing the street and asked for identification, he refused to give it and punched the sergeant.

Adamo and Officer Daniel Kroncke arrested Sicard without incident, Colaneri said.
