The NYPD is investigating after a 1-year-old girl nearly drowned in a bathtub in Bronx.

The father found the baby submerged in the bathtub in their Claremont home around noon Wednesday, police said.

The girl was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital in critical condition.

No charges have been filed at this time.

Neighbors described the man as a good father.
