A 27-year-old Bronx man has been charged with three misdemeanor counts after dragging another man 30 feet along Dobbs Ferry Road while driving drunk and attempting to leave the scene about 6:15 a.m. Thursday, according to Greenburgh Police.
The incident happened on Dobbs Ferry Road and Green Acres Lane at around 6:45 a.m.
The driver’s name is Javier Argirto, who was arraigned and is held on a $1,000 bail. The victim was dressed in drag and is now in Westerchester Hospital with serious injuries.
