Attacks On Bronx Postal Carriers

Police in the Bronx are looking for robbery suspects wanted in connection with four incidents that targeted U.S. Postal Carriers in the borough.

Authorities said in each of the robberies that happened in University Heights, Morrisania and Mount Eden, the suspects either displayed a weapon or pushed the victims to the ground before removing property.

Two of the incidents date back to January and December of 2010. The most recent robbery occurred at 265 McClellan Street on Tuesday February 22 at 12:45 p.m. Police have released a sketch from this incident.

The suspect in the sketch is described as black male between the ages of 18-22, 5’6” in height and 175 pounds with black hair.
