The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following persons, who were reported missing from within the confines of the 121st Precinct in Staten Island.
Details are as follows.

Anthony Winds & Christian Abreu
1133 Forest Hill Road
Staten Island, NY 10314
It has been reported to police that Anthony Winds & Christian Abreu were last seen on Tuesday, September 22, 2021, at approximately 0630 hours, at the Staten Island Ferry, located at 1 Richmond Terrace.
The missings are described as follows.
Anthony Winds is described as a 16-year-old male, Black, approximately 6’01” tall, weighing 200 lbs., with brown eyes, and curly black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey pants.
Christian Abreu is described as a 17-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 6’03” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with brown eyes, and black curly hair.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
