The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to several robberies, that occurred within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1 (49th Precinct): It was reported to police that on Sunday, March 07, 2021, at approximately 0505 hours, inside of 1280 Allerton Avenue (Amoco Gas Station), one of the individuals gained entry into the location by breaking the glass window of the front door. 4 of the individuals remained outside and acted as lookouts. Once inside, the individual took car keys from behind the counter and used one of the keys to enter a white Nissan Maxima. The individuals fled the scene with the Nissan Maxima.

Incident #2 (43rd Precinct): It was reported to police that on Thursday, March 04, 2021, at approximately 1730 hours, at 1440 Westchester Avenue (Westchester Avenue Car Wash), the 63-year-old female victim’s car (Toyota Rav4) was washed and left unsecured and unattended in front of the location. The individual entered the vehicle and fled the scene.

Incident #3 (49th Precinct): It was reported to police that on Friday, March 05, 2021, at approximately 0309 hours, at 2835 White Plains Road (White Plains Secure Parking), 4 individuals forced their way into the location’s office. One of the males brandished a handgun and threw the 28-year-old male employee to the floor while the other individuals ransacked the office. The males took the victim’s wallet and credit card. In addition, the males stole 5 vehicles (a Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2 Honda Accords, a Kia Optima, an Acura MDX).

Incident #4 (49th Precinct): It was reported to police that on Sunday,March 07, 2021, at approximately 0505 hours, at 2155 E. Tremont Avenue (Parkchester Tremont Parking), 5 individuals assaulted the 66-year-old male employee and removed $540 in cash and 5 car keys from inside the office. The employee managed to enter a vehicle and tried to prevent the individuals from leaving the location by driving towards them. The males all fled the scene; 2 on foot and 3 inside of a blue Acura MDX.

Incident #5: (52nd Precinct): It was reported to police that on Tuesday, March 09, 2021, at approximately 0255 hours, at 2740 Webster Avenue (G and Sons Parking), 4 individuals forced their way into the location’s office. One of the males brandished a handgun and the males tied up the 57-year-old male employee. The males took $180 from the victim as well as his wallet. In addition, the males stole 3 vehicles (Honda CRV, Toyota Camry, Porsche Panamera).

The individuals are described as males, Hispanic, in the their 20s.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 18-year-old male individual was arrested on Wednesday, April 07, 2021, at 0605 hours.

In addition, the New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to identify the whereabouts of the following individual, who is wanted in connection to the above-listed pattern of robberies.

Wanted:

Jose Medina

The suspect is described as a 22-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing 160 lbs. The individual is known to frequent the area of 168th Street and Sheridan Avenue in the 44th Precinct in the Bronx. 

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 19-year-old male individual was arrested on Monday, April 26, 2021, at 0650 hours.
