On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at approximately 2147 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a disorderly person at 729 E. 219th Street, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 38-year-old female with a stab wound to the upper left torso.
EMS responded and transported the aided female to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where she was later pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 38-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged.

- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
