2 Of NYC’s 100 Most Expensive ZIP Codes Are In Bronx

NYC has housed some of the most expensive zip codes in the country for a while now. Prices are rising higher and higher each year, yet luxury towers keep popping up for a reason – there are more than a few people ready to buy into them. We decided to zoom in to look at each borrow and extract the 100 most expensive zip codes in NYC for the first half of the year, from January 1^st through June 30^th.

Bronx landed two zip codes in the top 100, namely 10471 at #55 and 10474 at #85 for a total of $28 million and a 825,000 median sale price.

Here are some other key highlights of our study:

Manhattan’s 10007 is the priciest zip code of H1 2019
Queens’ 11109 Lands at #11, making it the priciest zip code outside Manhattan
30 of the 100 priciest NYC zip codes are in Brooklyn
