Get involved today with Sustainable South Bronx (SSBx).

October 10^th, 17^th, 24^th, & 31^st between 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

SSBx engage volunteers in projects focused on trees cleaning and greenway maintenance in the Hunts Point Community. Our goal for each event day is to host 10-12 volunteers to clean up the tree pits, repair broken tree guards, add mulch and prep the neighborhood trees for upcoming winter months.

To volunteer, call or Sign up online. This event is open to volunteers of all ages. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Organizations who are interested in hosting volunteers should contact Ei, Community Greening Coordinator.
