A 99-year-old Riverdale woman is proving age is just a number by staying active and running track races.

Great-great grandmother Ida Keeling says she has always been active, but it was not until she was 67 that she began to run as a way to cope with the murders of her two sons.

Her daughter Shelly, a track and cross-country coach, got Keeling to start running.
