Help Identify A Repeated Assault Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual in the attached video and photograph, who is wanted in connection to two assaults that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx and Transit District 12.

Details are as follows.

  • Incident #1 (40 Pct./TD 12): It was reported to police that on Friday April 12, 2019, at approximately 1030 hours, inside of the Brook Avenue "6" subway station, the individual doused the 43-year-old female victim, an on-duty MTA Conductor, with urine that he had in a container. The individual fled the station to the street. The victim was treated at and released from Westchester Square Hospital.
  • Incident #2 (40 Pct.): It was reported to police that on Friday April 12, 2019, at approximately 1125 hours, in front of 250 Grand Concourse, the individual threw urine on the 43-year-old female victim, an on-duty MTA Bus Operator, while she was operating a northbound BX 2 bus. The individual fled on foot northbound on Grand Concourse. The victim was treated at and released from Lincoln Hospital.

The individual is described as a male, black, in his 20s, 5'7", 160 lbs.; last seen wearing a burgundy hooded sweater, a dark colored jacket, beige pants and red and black sneakers.
