Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached video and photo wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in Bronx.

Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, February 1, 2019, at approximately 1815 hours, in front of 3524 3rd Avenue, the unidentified male boarded an MTA BX15 bus through its rear doors and snatched the 21-year-old male victim’s cell phone from his hands. The male ran off the bus and the victim gave chase after him off the bus. The victim caught up to him, at which time, the male stabbed the victim in his left armpit with an unknown sharp object before fleeing southbound on 3rd Avenue. The victim was removed to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious but stable condition.

The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, Black, 18 years old, 5’8″, 150 lbs.; last seen wearing a blue hooded sweater with “G.S. Raw” across its chest in white lettering, black sweatpants and black sneakers with red shoelaces.
