Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of an unidentified male individual seen in the attached video in connection to a robbery within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 1245 hours, inside of 802 Melrose Avenue, (clothing store) an unknown male individual entered the location, grabbed store merchandise and exited without paying. The merchandise had an estimated value of $100.

The individual is described as a male Hispanics, in his 20's or 30's, he was last seen wearing all gray clothing and black boots.

Photos of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers' website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
