The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to an assault within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Friday, December 28, 2018 at approximately 09:55 p.m., the individual approached Victim #1, a 45 year-old male, in the vicinity of Brook Avenue and East 139 Street and displayed a weapon. The individual proceeded to discharge his weapon at least twice, striking Victim #1 in his hip.
Victim #2, a 21 year-old male, was also struck in his ankle during the attack as he was walking across Brook Avenue.
EMS responded and transported both victims to an area hospital in stable condition.
