Two Bronx men are under arrest on animal cruelty charges after the ASPCA says the men either abandoned or neglected their animals.

One of the two missing cats.

In the first case, they say a 10-month-old male Dogue de Bordeaux was found starving near his owner’s home in Morrisania.

Named Finley, the ASPCA says he was malnourished and suffering from a respiratory infection.

His owner, Anthony Martin, is facing up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Meanwhile, Finley has been nursed back to health and will be put up for adoption soon.

In the second case, authorities are still looking for two cats they say were abandoned in Bronxdale.

ASPCA officials say they were left by their pet sitter, Rafael Lugo, 59, who told them he no longer wanted to watch the cats.

He is facing two years in prison and a $2,000 fine if convicted.

Anyone with any information on where the cats are should call 877-THE-ASPCA.
