The letters “KKK” were spray-painted on the outside wall of a Tremont post office.

Residents say this is not the first time the post office has been defaced. It is located across the street from a neighborhood park and playground.

Police say there is no complaint or report on file about the graffiti. The post office is equipped with surveillance cameras, and residents say they hope the cameras help catch whoever is behind the act.

The USPS did not respond on when the graffiti would be removed.

So far, no arrests have been made.
