The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at approximately 2103 hours, inside 1505 Grand Concourse (Rite-Aid), a 20-year-old employee observed an unidentified male removing toiletries from the shelves and walked towards the exit without paying. The employee attempted to stop the male and he produced a black firearm threatening the employee. The male fled the location in unknown direction with the items.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, light complexion; last seen wearing a dark hooded shirt, dark colored shorts and carrying a cross-body bag.

A surveillance video of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
