A Bronx man faces marijuana possession charges after he was pulled over Monday morning, October 27, 2014.
Police say at 3:35 a.m. Patrolman Sean Ross pulled over a 2014 Dodge sedan on Cokesbury Road for failing to stay in its lane. During the stop, Ptl. Ross detected the odor of marijuana inside the car and later discovered under 50 grams of it and two Percocet pills in the car, according to Clinton Township, NJ police.
Passenger Justin Martinez, 19, of Bronx, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. He was lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail in default of $2,500 bail.
