BP Diaz Hosts Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

On Thursday, December 6, 2018, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. hosted the borough’s annual Bronx Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

The event featured a visit from Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, who brought toys and other goodies for the children in attendance.

Performers at the celebration included the Celia Cruz Bronx High School and Millennium Art Academy Choirs, Students Taking a New Direction NYC (S.T.A.N.D) and Lil Lex.

Radio personality Roxie of Radio 103.9 FM emceed the event.
